Gift Cards may be exchanged for goods whose prices are equal to or lower than the balance or value of the Gift Card. Gift Cards can be used as complete or partial payment. If a purchase exceeds the redeemer's Gift Card balance or value, the remaining amount must be paid with another method of payment. If any item purchased with a Gift Card is subsequently exchanged for an item of a lower price or refunded, any money owed to you will be refunded via the form of the Gift Card originally used for such purchase.

Gift Cards can only be used online and cannot be redeemed in-store. Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the day of purchase. They cannot be resold, transferred for value, or exchanged for cash. No cash change will be given on purchases made using a Gift Card. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards. A Gift Card is not a cheque guarantee, credit, or charge card.

Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.

3D Print Monkey shall not be liable or responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed, or damaged Gift Cards, or if a Gift Card is used without your permission. 3D Print Monkey is unable to replace Gift Cards if lost or stolen.

3D Print Monkey reserves the right to refuse to accept any Gift Card (and to take alternative forms of payment) which it deems to have been tampered with, defaced, modified, duplicated, damaged, or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud.

By purchasing, using, or accepting a Gift Card, you confirm your acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms and conditions. 3D Print Monkey reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time, without notice, and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the Gift Card, if, in its discretion, it deems such action necessary. This does not affect your legal rights. 3D Print Monkey is the sole issuer and obligor to you.

The remainder of these Terms shall apply to all purchases of goods made using a Gift Card. To the extent that there is any conflict or inconsistency between the Terms and these Gift Card Terms, these Gift Card Terms shall take precedence, prevailing over the provisions of the Terms.

There are no limitations on how many times a Gift Card can be used (until the balance is £0.00). If you do not spend the entire balance on a Gift Card, the remaining balance will be updated after each transaction. Gift Card balance enquiries can be obtained online, or by contacting our customer support.

The risk in any Gift Card shall pass to you upon delivery to you by our delivery service partners. The Gift Card remains the property of 3D Print Monkey and may not be tampered with or interfered with without 3D Print Monkey’s consent. If a Gift Card is found, please return it to the nearest 3D Print Monkey store.

3D Print Monkey makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to Gift Cards, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

You cannot order our online Gift Card and order gift wrapping; you will receive an email with the Gift Card when your payment is complete.
